Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thiruvananthapuram for a Community Associate. The Community Associate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the workspace while providing a welcoming and professional environment for clients and visitors. Tasks include managing community support, fostering positive client relationships, assisting with office operations, and resolving functional issues. The role involves actively facilitating client inquiries, coordinating events, and supporting the wider community.

Qualifications

• Degree with minimum 2 years of experience in front office operations/administration
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive relationships within the workplace community
• Experience in community support and case management
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to address client inquiries
• Experience in community health or similar areas is an advantage
• Customer service orientation and problem-resolution skills
• Proactive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
