Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Community Associate to join our team at Regus Business Center. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and provide top-notch customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and walk-in visitors.
Develop and implement effective community outreach programs to engage with local residents and businesses.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.
Provide exceptional customer service by resolving complaints and concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including membership sales and usage data.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the center's services and facilities.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Community Associate or similar role in a business center or co-working environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience with CRM software and membership management systems is an asset.
