Role Overview:

We are seeking a Community Executive Travel & Administration who will ensure smooth daily operations, with a strong focus on enhancing employee experience through exceptional travel support and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end domestic travel arrangements for employees and guests.
• Coordinate flights, trains, cabs, and itinerary planning.
• Handle last-minute travel changes and updates.
• Arrange hotel accommodations and manage hospitality coordination.
• Support administrative operations and employee requests.
• Collaborate with vendors and maintain service quality.
• Maintain travel trackers, MIS, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / BHM / IHM/ or similar).
• 0–3 years of experience in travel coordination, admin, or hospitality.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent communication and people-handling skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
