Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and guest-focused individual with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team as a Reservation Associate in Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to handle all incoming enquiries efficiently and effectively.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle reservations requests promptly and politely, ensuring complete details are recorded as per standard procedure.
Efficiently convert enquiries into bookings, maximizing sales and room occupancy rates.
Manage daily reservation filing and correspondence.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues professionally.
Maintain accurate records of reservations and transactions.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements

Essential: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is advantageous.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A graduate degree is required.
