Job Description

  • Assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office Department within the Rooms Division.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage front office staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
  • Implement effective administrative systems and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Analyze and resolve complex problems, providing solutions to improve departmental performance.
Job Requirements
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in hotel operations.
  • Possess good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards is an advantage.
