Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our Front Office team at Country Inn, Varanasi. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front office operations, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient check-in/check-out processes.
  • Supervise and train front office staff to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and productivity.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve issues promptly.
  • Implement effective communication strategies to enhance team performance and collaboration.
  • Monitor and analyze front office metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in front office management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of front office software and systems, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analyzing problems and implementing effective solutions.
