Assistant Center Manager


Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Manage scheduling, front-office functions, and staff performance.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Oversee inventory, consumables, and vendor coordination for uninterrupted operations.

Client Experience & Relationship Management

  • Deliver exceptional client service and ensure a seamless experience throughout the client journey.
  • Address client concerns, feedback, and service recovery with professionalism.
  • Support marketing initiatives to drive retention and engagement.

Team Leadership & Performance

  • Supervise, motivate, and train front-office and therapy teams for consistent service delivery.
  • Conduct regular reviews, team meetings, and upskilling sessions.
  • Foster a disciplined, positive, and client-centric culture.

Business & Reporting

  • Support in achieving center revenue targets through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain accurate reports, KPIs, and operational dashboards.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align operations with strategic goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in clinic, wellness, healthcare, or hospitality management.
  • Proven leadership, team management, and client service expertise.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM, billing, and scheduling systems (preferred).
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or Healthcare Administration.
