We’re looking for a dynamic and professional Front Office Executive (Female) to join our team and deliver an exceptional guest experience at our upcoming property.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes

Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and reservations (walk-in, phone, and online)

Maintain front desk records and coordinate with housekeeping and operations teams

Manage cash and billing transactions accurately

Provide local information and assist guests with travel or activity recommendations

Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving complaints promptly and professionally

Maintain a neat and professional front office environment

Requirements

Female candidates only

Minimum 1 year of experience in front office, receptionist, or guest relations role (hospitality preferred), freshers from Hospitality and Hotel Management are welcome to apply

Pleasant personality, good communication skills (English; Tamil/Hindi/French a plus)

Proficient in MS Office; hotel booking software (Ezee Absolute) a plus

Well-groomed, confident, and service-oriented

Flexible with shifts and weekends
