Front Office Assistant

As a Customer Service Representative, your role will involve making outbound calls to potential and existing customers. You will also be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries and follow-ups, providing product details, and clarifying doubts about mushroom cultivation, kits, and accessories. Additionally, you will need to maintain call logs and update the customer database. Your coordination skills will be essential as you work with the sales and dispatch team for orders and delivery updates. Furthermore, you may be required to assist in basic sales and marketing tasks as needed. Qualifications Required: - Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) - Language: English Please note that the work location is in person at Piravom, Kerala.
