Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Assistant to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in hotels or restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records and reports, such as guest feedback and complaint resolution.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns to boost sales.
Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in hotels or restaurants.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Knowledge of front office software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
