Job Title: Franchisee Manager Location: Indore (Travel during the role) Company: R L Ventures (MyDNAPedia India) Industry: Genetic Testing | Preventive Healthcare | Wellness | Sports Science About MyDNAPedia MyDNAPedia is transforming preventive healthcare in India through advanced DNA testing. Our services predict genetic risk for diseases, guide personalized diet and fitness plans, and help individuals identify the right sports based on their DNA profile. We operate through a unique prescriber model , partnering with doctors, fitness trainers, schools, and coaches, and scale via exclusive franchisee partners across regions. Position Overview We are looking for a proactive, field-driven, and business-savvy Franchisee Manager to manage and grow our franchise network. This person will be the key point of contact for all franchise partners, ensure smooth operations, and provide end-to-end support. Additionally, the Franchisee Manager will take direct responsibility for expanding the Indore Franchise , which is operated internally by R L Ventures. Key Responsibilities Franchise Management & Coordination Serve as the primary liaison between MyDNAPedia and all franchisees. Conduct daily calls and interactions with franchise partners and their medical representatives (MRs). Plan and execute regular visits to franchise territories for business reviews and support. Ensure adherence to brand standards, protocols, and compliance procedures. Business Development Support Guide franchisees in generating leads and acquiring clients — especially doctors, trainers, schools, and sports coaches. Assist in building local B2B networks and partnerships. Share marketing collaterals, conduct product training, and help drive regional campaigns. Prepare business plans, monthly targets , and monitor KPIs like conversion rates and territory growth. Training & Onboarding Facilitate onboarding of new franchisees, covering DNA product knowledge, processes, and sales techniques. Conduct refresher trainings regularly for existing franchisee staff (including MRs and field executives). Organize webinars, workshops, and in-person sessions to ensure continued alignment and skill-building. Sales Enablement & Presentation Work with internal teams to provide franchisees with effective sales tools, decks, and presentations. Conduct business presentations for franchise partners and potential prescribers. Reporting & Performance Analysis Maintain dashboards and generate weekly/monthly performance reports for each franchise. Identify underperforming regions and implement corrective action plans. Indore Franchise Expansion Take full responsibility for growing the Indore business unit , which is managed directly by MyDNAPedia. Plan territory expansion, onboard prescribers, generate leads, and meet growth targets for Indore. Key Requirements Experience: 3–6 years in franchise/channel management, business development, or sales coordination. Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, wellness, or education sectors is preferred. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field. MBA is a plus.
