Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Franchisee Manager to lead the development and management of our franchise network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new franchise partners, ensuring successful outlet launches, and driving consistent brand performance across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential franchise partners
• Manage end-to-end franchise lifecycle – from agreement to launch
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, operational SOPs, and quality benchmarks
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to support franchisee success
• Conduct regular audits, reviews, and training sessions with franchise outlets
• Monitor sales performance and guide partners on business growth strategies
• Resolve franchise-related issues promptly and professionally
• Support in creating franchise models, ROI presentations, and business proposals
• Develop strong relationships with franchisees to drive mutual growth

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Management, or related field
• 4–7 years of experience in franchise management, preferably in F&B, QSR, or retail
• Strong business development and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to travel frequently for site visits and franchise meetings
• Knowledge of legal and financial aspects of franchising is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
