Job Title: B2B Sales Executive – Outlet & Subscription Sales Location: Delhi NCR Department: Sales Experience: 1–3 Years Industry: Food & Beverages / FMCG / QSR Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused B2B Sales Executives to manage outlet-level sales and promote our subscription plans to walk-in customers, corporates, and nearby businesses. The role involves direct interaction, explaining offerings, building trust, and driving recurring sales. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales at the outlet level by engaging with walk-in customers and nearby offices/businesses Explain subscription plans , benefits, and offerings clearly and confidently Build a local client base through regular outreach, sampling, and visits Generate and close leads for bulk or repeat orders (corporate & institutional) Maintain daily sales records and update CRM reports Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements Ensure excellent customer experience and promote brand loyalty Meet daily/weekly sales and subscription targets Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in any stream (preferred: Sales/Marketing/Commerce) 1–3 years of experience in F&B/retail sales or customer-facing roles Good communication and interpersonal skills Confident in pitching subscription plans and explaining product offerings Energetic, target-driven, and presentable Comfortable with on-ground field visits around the outlet Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Work Location: In person
