Job Title: - Business Development Executive Company:- Samosa Singh Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Experience Level: 0- 6MONTH Transportation: Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license and a personal vehicle is mandatory. About Samosa Singh Samosa Singh is a dynamic and rapidly growing food brand specializing in innovative, high-quality samosas and snacks. With a strong presence in Bengaluru, we are expanding our reach and looking for enthusiastic female individuals to join our field sales team. Job Overview As a Field Sales Executive at Samosa Singh, you will play a pivotal role in driving our brand's growth by engaging directly with customers, promoting our products, and expanding our market presence across Bengaluru. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to kickstart their career in sales within the food and beverage industry. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Approach potential customers in various locations across Bengaluru to introduce and promote Samosa Singh's products. Sales Generation: Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through direct interactions and relationship building. Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and potential clients to increase market penetration. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and market insights to relay to the management team for continuous improvement. Qualifications Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduates are welcome. Experience: No prior experience required; freshers are encouraged to apply. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with diverse customer groups. Language Proficiency: Fluency in Kannada, Hindi and basic proficiency in English is preferred. Transportation: Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license and a personal vehicle is mandatory. Compensation & Benefits Salary: ₹17,000 - ₹20,000 per month (fixed) Incentives: Performance-based incentives up to ₹5,000 per month. Benefits: Provident Fund (PF) Work Schedule: Day shift with flexible working hours.
