Business Development Executive (BDE)

As an Authorized SAP Training Partner, we specialize in preparing graduates and professionals for real-world roles through hands-on, industry-aligned learning programs.

We are looking for dynamic and driven Business Development Executives who can contribute to our growth and help us reach more aspiring learners across the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients, students, and institutional partners to promote Cokonet Academy’s training programs.
• Engage with leads through calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings.
• Counsel prospective students on program offerings, career outcomes, and training benefits.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive business generation.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute promotional campaigns and events.
• Provide feedback from clients and prospects to improve offerings and customer experience.
• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients and learners.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency required).
• Strong persuasion and presentation abilities.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, or Google Workspace is an advantage.
• Prior experience in sales, education consulting, or business development preferred.
