Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Create and manage listings or ads on online platforms to generate leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
  • Support sales activities and contribute to revenue growth.

Operations

  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, QC, customer support) for smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Track product movement, payments, and customer updates.
  • Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely closures.

Data Entry & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales data in Excel/CRM.
  • Prepare and update daily/weekly sales and operations reports.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • sales: 1 year (Preferred)
