Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate

Location: Noida sector 126

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports To: Sales Manager / Head of Sales

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales. The ideal candidate should be energetic, customer-focused, and passionate about real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and follow up on leads through various channels (calls, walk-ins, online inquiries, site visits, etc.)

Present and promote company properties to prospective buyers.

Conduct property site visits and provide detailed project information to clients.

Negotiate deals and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.

Maintain and update customer records using CRM tools.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.

Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for promotional activities and project launches.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales strategies and client experience.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).

1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Willingness to work on weekends and travel for client meetings or site visits.
