Role Overview: We’re looking for ambitious, self-driven freshers to join our sales and career guidance team. This is not just a sales role —it’s an opportunity to launch your career by helping others build theirs. You’ll guide students and working professionals through our learning pathways and support them in making confident career choices. What You’ll Do Learn and understand our complete suite of tech programs Counsel prospective learners based on their academic background, interests, and career goals Conduct phone and in-person sessions to guide learners toward suitable programs Manage the complete sales funnel from inquiry to enrollment Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, and email for conversions Maintain accurate records using internal CRM tools Coordinate with operations for smooth student onboarding Meet or Exceed monthly Targets What We’re Looking For Graduates B. Sc. CS, MBA or B. Tech graduates from any stream Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English High energy, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative Interest in education and career counselling Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust No prior experience required – full training will be provided What You’ll Get Stipend during training period (3 months): ₹5,000/month Incentives: ₹5,000 flat incentive per conversion during training Post-confirmation fixed salary: ₹30,000/month Work-life balance: 2nd Saturdays and all Sundays off Office located at the heart of Trivandrum Mentorship from experienced sales leaders Clear path for career growth and internal promotions Opportunity to build a strong foundation in EdTech and career counselling Why Start Your Career with Us?
