The Opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Field Sales Growth Specialist to establish and expand our client base in the crucial Mumbai region. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a solid foundational understanding of digital technologies who is eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for end-to-end sales, from generating your own leads through local contacts to closing deals for our digital services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Generation (Field Focus): Aggressively prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound efforts, networking, and leveraging a proven local contact base within the Mumbai territory.
  • Client Engagement: Plan and execute regular face-to-face meetings and presentations with C-level executives and key decision-makers, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Solution Selling: Articulate the value of our Cloud, Data Analytics, SaaS, and Digital Services solutions, translating complex technical benefits into clear business outcomes for prospective clients.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline, forecasting future sales with precision, and ensuring high stage-to-stage conversion rates.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather competitive and market intelligence within the Mumbai business landscape to help tailor our offerings and sales strategy.

What You Bring to the Team (Required Skills)

  • Experience: 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role. Freshers with exceptional communication skills and demonstrable tech passion are encouraged to apply.
  • Domain Knowledge (Essential): Solid understanding of Cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), Data Analytics principles, or the broader Digital Services/SaaS landscape.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. The ability to engage and persuade senior stakeholders is critical.
  • Mumbai Network: Proven contacts and a foundational network within the corporate/business ecosystem in the Mumbai region is a strong advantage.
  • Mindset: A high-growth orientation, entrepreneurial spirit, and an unwavering drive to meet and exceed ambitious targets in a demanding, fast-moving startup culture.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
