About the Role

We are looking for a Tech-Savvy Business Development Executive with a strong blend of technical knowledge and business strategy expertise. The ideal candidate will hold a B.Tech with an MBA and have a passion for identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities in the technology and innovation space. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, driving revenue growth, and positioning our technology solutions effectively in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
• Understand client pain points and collaborate with technical teams to propose tailored tech solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development strategies with market trends.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, contacts, and opportunities in CRM tools.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new growth areas.
• Represent the company at industry events, tech conferences, and networking sessions.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of technology solutions, software, SaaS, or IT services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical information into business value.
• Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools.
• Tech-savvy with strong digital literacy — comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, MS Teams, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently or collaboratively.

Qualifications

• Educational:
• B. Tech / B.E. in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (mandatory).
• MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Business Development, or related specialization (preferred).
• Experience:
• 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management — preferably in a tech, IT, or SaaS environment.
• Desirable:
• Exposure to B2B technology sales or solution-based selling.
• Experience working with startups or high-growth tech companies is an advantage.
