Franchisee Manager

As a Franchisee Manager at AADME Digital Marketing Institute, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies to sell franchise opportunities, identify potential franchisees, and drive the growth of the franchise network. You will be tasked with creating and presenting comprehensive franchise plans to potential franchisees, outlining the business model, investment requirements, and support provided. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting the franchisees in their day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to AADME's standards and policies. Your attention to quality assurance will be essential in maintaining the consistent delivery of high-quality training across all franchise centers, upholding AADME's reputation and standards. In this role, you will also oversee the operations of the franchisor's center, ensuring smooth functioning and operational efficiency. It is imperative that you possess a deep understanding of various franchise models, covering legal, financial, and operational aspects. Your support and guidance to franchisees will be paramount in helping them achieve their business objectives and resolving any issues that may arise. To excel in this position, you should have demonstrated experience in selling and managing franchise businesses, preferably within the education or digital marketing sectors. Excellent verbal and written communication skills will be essential for effectively presenting franchise plans and building relationships with potential franchisees. Strong analytical skills are required to manage accounts, track financial performance, and evaluate the success of franchise operations. Your leadership abilities will be crucial in managing and supporting franchisees to ensure they meet the brand's standards and objectives. An in-depth understanding of different franchise models, including legal, financial, and operational aspects, will be beneficial. Your keen eye for detail in maintaining the quality of training deliveries across all franchise centers will be highly valued in this role. This is a Full-time or Part-time position with an expected 50 hours per week during day shifts. The role also offers a performance bonus.
