Job Description

NEED SOMEBODY FROM CLOTHING EXPERIENCE

A franchise manager's job description involves overseeing and supporting franchisees to ensure brand standards, profitability, and growth. Key responsibilities include providing training and operational support, managing performance reviews, developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies, and ensuring franchisee compliance with company policies and regulations. This role also includes financial oversight, market analysis, and cultivating strong relationships between the franchisor and its franchisees. Responsibilities

  • Franchisee support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees on operational issues, performance, and achieving business goals.
  • Performance management: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Training and development: Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing franchisees on brand standards, operations, and business best practices.
  • Sales and marketing: Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing initiatives, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Compliance and standards: Ensure all franchisees adhere to company operational guidelines, legal requirements, and brand standards.
  • Financial management: Monitor franchisee financial performance, provide budget guidance, and help develop strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Relationship building: Facilitate strong communication between the franchisor and franchisees, and coordinate franchise meetings and events.

Qualifications and skills

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in franchise sales, business development, or a related role is crucial.
  • Financial acumen: Strong understanding of financial management, including budget planning and performance analysis.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze market trends, financial reports, and sales data.
  • Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to work effectively with franchisees.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is often required.
  • Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and improve overall network performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
