Job Description

An admission manager handles the entire admission and visa application process for international students or immigrants. Key responsibilities include managing documentation, coordinating with educational institutions and immigration authorities, ensuring compliance with visa regulations, and guiding clients through each step. A strong candidate will have experience in admissions or immigration, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of visa policies and requirements. Key responsibilities

  • Manage admissions and visa applications: Oversee the full process from initial application to final visa approval.
  • Handle documentation: Ensure all documents (academic, financial, and personal) are complete, authentic, and submitted correctly and on time.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders: Act as the liaison between students, educational institutions, and government bodies like consulates or embassies.
  • Provide guidance: Advise clients on course selection, eligibility requirements, and the overall immigration process.
  • Ensure compliance: Stay updated on changing immigration laws, policies, and regulations for the destination country.
  • Maintain records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all applications and client communications.
  • Address issues: Resolve any problems or concerns that arise during the application or visa process.
  • Team leadership: For senior roles, this includes leading a team, providing training, and monitoring performance.

Required qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor's degree is standard, with a master's degree preferred for senior positions.
  • Experience: Typically requires 5-7 years of experience in university admissions, international student services, or visa processing. Experience in counseling or sales can also be relevant.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the admission and visa requirements for countries of interest (e.g., Canada, USA, UK, Australia) is crucial.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency with computer skills, including MS Office and CRM tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
