Job Description

A marketing manager develops, implements, and oversees marketing strategies to raise brand awareness, drive demand for products/services, and achieve business goals. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, developing and managing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital and traditional), analyzing performance data, managing budgets, and leading a marketing team. They collaborate with other departments like sales and creative to ensure a cohesive message and maximize return on investment. Key responsibilities

  • Strategy and planning:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote products and services.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and inform strategy.
  • Campaign management:
  • Create, manage, and oversee marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels (e.g., social media, email, SEO, print, video).
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all campaign materials and touchpoints.
  • Analysis and optimization:
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Use data to measure performance, generate qualified leads, and optimize campaigns for better results and ROI.
  • Budget management:
  • Establish and manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Team and stakeholder collaboration:
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a marketing team.
  • Collaborate with sales, creative, and other departments to align strategies with business goals.
  • Present marketing strategies and results to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Content and communications:
  • Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction for marketing materials.
  • Review and approve advertising materials for both print and digital media.
