Franchisee Manager

As a Franchise Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting our franchise partners to ensure the success of their operations. Your responsibilities will include managing and supporting franchisees for business growth and profitability, ensuring adherence to company standards, conducting performance reviews, developing training programs, coordinating franchise meetings, and improving communication between the franchisor and franchisees. Additionally, you will be tasked with analyzing market trends, resolving operational issues faced by franchisees, assisting in marketing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with legal and company policies. To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise management or a related role. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth is essential, as well as excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. The role may require frequent travel, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is expected.
