Our district & state-level franchise model offers partners a profitable, low-risk entry into the premium beverages market Position Overview This is a senior leadership role – a rare opportunity to represent a diverse portfolio of India’s most iconic beverage brand. You will thrive in a powerful environment where franchise sales are made fast, seamless, and scalable. As a Franchise Sales Executive, you will lead franchise sales strategy, handle enquiry calls, and ensure franchise closures through consultative selling and relationship management. The role is fully hybrid with travel flexibility required when prospects request to visit operational units. Key Responsibilities Franchise Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to attract and recruit franchisees, identify target markets, and create structured approaches. Lead Management & Enquiry Handling: Research and qualify franchise leads through market mapping, networking, and partnerships. Manage enquiry calls, nurture leads, and convert them into franchise closures. Franchise Acquisition: Deliver impactful presentations, explain ROI & profitability benchmarks, and close franchise deals. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise between franchisees and leadership, handling negotiations and onboarding. Travel & Client Engagement: Accompany prospects to unit visits across India to finalize closures. Market Development & Reporting: Expand brand presence and share competitive insights with management     Traits Required Consultative seller with exceptional communication and persuasion skills. Resilient negotiator who thrives on achieving closures. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and result-oriented. Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment and willingness to travel on short notice. Strong networking and relationship-building capability. Skills Required Proven franchise sales / business development experience (FMCG, beverages, retail). Strong lead generation skills – ability to identify, qualify, and nurture prospects through cold calling, networking, digital channels, events, and referrals. Pipeline management: building and maintaining a healthy funnel to ensure consistent closures. Consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills with senior decision-makers. Knowledge of franchise operations, industry trends, and compliance requirements. Financial acumen: ability to explain ROI, profitability, and operational models clearly. Proficiency in CRM tools, lead trackers, MS Office, and reporting dashboards. Communication skills – fluency in English, Hindi, and regional language to handle diverse prospects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Certifications in franchise sales or business development are an added advantage. 3–6 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or related domains. Track record of successful franchise closures and lead conversions. Compensation Base Salary: ₹5,00,000 per annum (Fixed) Performance-linked Incentives: ₹3,00,000+ per annum (based on closures & performance KPIs) Slab-based payout tied to franchise closures (2–4 month cycles). Total Potential CTC: ₹8,00,000+ per annum
