Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager located in Hyderabad. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and recruiting potential franchisees, managing the franchising process, developing business plans, and generating leads. This role also requires excellent communication skills to effectively present and explain the benefits of joining the Chai Bunk franchise network.

Qualifications

• Franchise Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Experience in Business Planning and Franchising
• Strong Communication skills
• Outstanding negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the food and beverage or retail sector is a plus
