💼 Role: Full-time | Franchise Sales Manager

As part of our Franchise Development Team, you’ll identify potential partners, build strong alliances, and help bring the Chai Waale experience to new cities and communities.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify & onboard potential franchise partners

• Drive franchise sales and achieve growth targets

• Conduct market research for new territories

• Negotiate and close franchise deals

• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

• Represent Chai Waale at franchise events & exhibitions

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 3+ years in franchise sales or business development

✔️ Strong communication & negotiation skills

✔️ Proven record of meeting franchise sales targets

✔️ Entrepreneurial mindset & result-oriented attitude
