Franchise Sales Manager

Job Title: Franchise Sales Manager (Franchise Development and Investor Acquisition)

Location: South Delhi (South Extension) - Work from Office

Experience Required: 2 to 10 years (Franchise Sales / Business Development / Investor Relations)

Industry Preference: Education, F&B, Fitness, Real Estate, or any Service-Based Franchise Industry

Compensation: 30000 to 80000 per month + High Performance Based Incentives

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented professional experienced in franchise sales, business development, or investor acquisition. The role involves pitching business models, presenting ROI plans, and closing franchise sales to expand the company's network across India. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling investors, explaining profitability, and closing franchise deals independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and connect with potential franchise investors through calls, meetings, and events

- Present the franchise business model, ROI structure, and profitability plan clearly and professionally

- Conduct one-on-one discussions, virtual demos, and in-person meetings with interested investors

- Manage and maintain a consistent sales pipeline through lead nurturing and follow-ups

- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize franchise agreements

- Participate in franchise expos, discovery days, and investor meetups for lead generation

- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets

- Maintain CRM records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

- Represent the brand professionally while building a strong investor network

Candidate Requirements:

- 2 to 10 years of proven experience in franchise sales, investor acquisition, or business expansion

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Prior experience in education, F&B, fitness, real estate, or other service-based franchises preferred

- Ability to explain ROI and profitability models to investors

- Comfortable working on-site daily from South Delhi (South Extension)

- Highly motivated, confident, and target-driven

Compensation and Benefits:

- Fixed salary between 30000 and 80000 per month (depending on experience and performance)
