Franchise Sales Manager

As a Franchise Sales Manager at Cleand The Laundry Spa, you will play a crucial role in driving franchise expansion in the Bihar and Jharkhand regions of North east India. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving franchise acquisition by generating and converting leads - Conducting market research to identify high-potential locations - Establishing and nurturing relationships with investors, partners, and real estate contacts - Presenting the Cleand business model to potential franchisees - Providing support in the onboarding and initial setup process To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: - 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in franchise or B2B - Strong local network in Bihar and/or Jharkhand - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Self-motivated, result-oriented, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset Joining Cleand The Laundry Spa offers you the opportunity to be part of a fast-scaling, customer-loved brand.
