• 🔍 Responsibilities:Drive franchise acquisition through lead generation and conversion
• Conduct market research to identify high-potential locations
• Build relationships with investors, partners, and real estate contacts
• Present the Cleand business model to potential franchisees
• Support in onboarding and initial setup process
• 🎯 What We’re Looking For:3+ years in sales, preferably franchise or B2B
• Strong local network in Bihar and/or Jharkhand
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
