We are looking for a confident and dynamic Franchise Sales Manager to join our growing team at Bestway Supermart.

Your main role will be to:

• Connect with potential franchise partners
• Explain our franchise model clearly
• Handle inquiries, follow-ups & conversions
• Build relationships and expand our franchise network
• Maintain records and meet sales targets

Key Responsibilities

• Generate franchise leads through calls, meetings & online channels
• Conduct presentations and explain business models
• Manage end-to-end franchise onboarding process
• Maintain CRM records and daily activity reports
• Achieve monthly franchise sales targets
• Coordinate with operations team for smooth store setup

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (franchise/real estate/retail preferred)
• Strong communication & convincing skills
• Ability to handle clients professionally
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, CRM)
