Franchise Sales Manager

We are looking for dynamic Franchise Sales Managers based in Bihar and Jharkhand to drive franchise expansion and lead our growth story in these key regions. As Franchise Sales Managers, you will be responsible for driving franchise acquisition through lead generation and conversion, conducting market research to identify high-potential locations, building relationships with investors, partners, and real estate contacts, presenting the Cleand business model to potential franchisees, and supporting in the onboarding and initial setup process. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in franchise or B2B sectors, possess a strong local network in Bihar and/or Jharkhand, demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills, be self-motivated, result-oriented, and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
