*Job Description:*

* We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Franchise Sales Manager (FSM) to join our team. The FSM will be responsible for driving franchise growth, supporting franchisees in achieving their business objectives, and executing regional marketing initiatives. This role requires strong sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Drive franchise business growth and ensure achievement of regional sales and revenue targets.

* Assist franchise partners in meeting their student admission goals through strategic support and planning.

* Identify and generate leads through various channels including digital platforms, referrals, events, and local outreach.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, coaching centers, and tutorial institutes to support lead generation and brand visibility.

* Monitor lead pipelines and optimize lead nurturing processes to improve conversion rates.

* Plan and execute Above-The-Line (ATL) and Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities to build brand awareness.

* Implement Local Area Marketing (LAM) initiatives tailored to specific franchise regions.

* Manage and support digital lead nurturing strategies to engage and convert prospective students.

* Candidate Requirements:

* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* Target-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

* Experience in franchise sales, business development, or the education sector is preferred.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.

* Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
