Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager located in Noida. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing franchise opportunities, developing business plans, and managing franchising processes. Additional responsibilities include lead generation, maintaining communication with potential franchisees, and building strategic partnerships to expand The Crayons School’s network.

• Experience in Business Planning and Lead Generation
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and people management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
