Position: Franchise Sales Manager

Experience: Minimum 7 years

Employment Type: Full-Time (Individual Contributor Role)

About the Role :-

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Franchise Sales Manager to lead franchise expansion efforts in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of franchise business models, demonstrate excellent sales acumen, and have a proven track record of developing and onboarding successful franchise partners.

This role focuses on driving new franchise signups, executing local business development strategies, and ensuring long-term revenue growth for the organization.

Key Responsibilities :-

Territory Expansion:

  • Drive franchise expansion within the assigned territory in alignment with regional business goals and company strategy.

Franchise Acquisition:

Identify, evaluate, and finalize new franchise partners at validated and high-potential locations.

Lead Generation:

Generate franchise leads through local marketing initiatives, field activities, business events, property scouting, and networking.Conduct detailed business presentations to prospective partners, explaining investment models, ROI, and operational expectations.Assess potential partners based on financial capability, business understanding, and commitment to brand standards.Achieve targets for franchise signups and ensure timely collection of franchise fees and related revenues.Gather and share market insights, competitor activity, and potential opportunities to support strategic decision-making.Ensure all franchise signups and onboarding activities adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and operational guidelines.Maintain accurate MIS reports, dashboards, and weekly updates as per organizational standards.

  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of P&L and ROI models.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
