Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential franchise partners through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  
• Develop and implement effective franchise sales strategies to achieve business growth and expansion objectives.
  
• Manage the entire franchise sales cycle — from initial inquiry, presentation, and negotiation to final agreement.
  
• Conduct business presentations and meetings with prospective franchisees, explaining the business model, ROI, and operational processes.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, legal, operations) to ensure smooth franchise onboarding and setup.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with existing franchise partners to ensure satisfaction and drive continued business growth.
  
• Track and report sales performance metrics, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to strengthen the franchise network.
  

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  (MBA preferred).
• Minimum

  3 years of proven experience

  in franchise sales or business development, preferably in [industry, e.g., FMCG, retail, food & beverages, education].
• Strong understanding of
