Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager, located in Lucknow. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential franchisees, developing business plans, conducting lead generation activities, and guiding prospective franchisees through the sales process. Additionally, the individual will work closely with the management team to ensure alignment with the organization's goals and values.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Franchise Sales and Franchising
• Strong skills in Business Planning and Strategic Thinking
• Proficiency in Lead Generation techniques and practices
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with the education and preschool domains is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
