We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prospecting & Lead Generation:

    Actively hunt for potential franchise candidates through various channels, including cold calling, professional networking, and leveraging company-provided leads.
  2. Sales Pitch & Presentation:

    Conduct compelling presentations, both in-person and via video calls, to explain the franchise model, its benefits, and return on investment.
  3. Relationship Building:

    Present the Cafe Desire FOCO/FOFO and other franchise models and benefits to potential investors through meetings, calls, and presentations.
  4. Sales Funnel Management:

    Manage the entire sales pipeline, from initial inquiry and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
  5. Meeting Sales Targets:

    Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly franchise acquisition targets.
  6. Franchise Model Expertise:

    Become a subject matter expert on our franchise model, including operational requirements, financial projections, and support systems.
  7. Objection Handling:

    Professionally address and overcome prospect concerns and objections throughout the sales process.
  8. Coordination & Support:

    Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition for new franchisees and ongoing business support.
  9. Reporting & Documentation:

    Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities, interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
  10. Market Analysis:

    Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities to refine acquisition strategies.

Requirements

  1. Experience:

    Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in franchise sales.
  2. Communication Skills:

    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  3. Sales Acumen:

    Proven ability to identify customer needs, present solutions, and close deals effectively.
  4. Negotiation Skills:

    Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to secure favorable terms and build win-win partnerships.
  5. Technical Proficiency:

    Competence in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  6. Self-Motivated:

    A high degree of self-motivation, discipline, and a results-oriented mindset.
  7. Adaptability:

    The ability to adapt communication style for both in-person and video call interactions.
  8. Goal-Oriented:

    A track record of meeting and exceeding challenging sales goals.
  9. Organizational Skills:

    Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
  10. Team Player:

    A collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
