Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and analytical E-Marketplace Specialist to manage and optimize Cafe Desire's presence and sales across various online marketplaces. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth by optimizing product listings, managing advertising campaigns, analyzing sales data, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will be adept at building relationships with platform representatives and collaborating with internal teams to maximize our e-commerce potential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and optimize product listings on various e-commerce marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify etc.) to enhance visibility and conversion.
2. Develop and execute advertising campaigns (e.g., sponsored product ads, display ads) within marketplace platforms to drive traffic and sales.
3. Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy.
4. Monitor product performance, inventory levels, and pricing to ensure competitiveness and availability.
5. Ensure a smooth customer experience by overseeing order fulfillment, customer inquiries, and reviews on marketplaces.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace platform representatives and account managers.
7. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and product development, to align marketplace strategies.
8. Implement strategies for increasing product ratings, reviews, and overall brand reputation on marketplaces.
9. Stay updated with marketplace policy changes, new features, and best practices to maintain compliance and leverage new opportunities.
10. Prepare regular reports on marketplace performance, sales metrics, and advertising ROI for management review.

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience managing sales and presence on major e-commerce marketplaces.
3. Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO for product listings, and advertising models.
4. Proficiency in marketplace seller tools and analytics platforms.
5. Demonstrated ability to optimize product listings and manage advertising campaigns effectively.
6. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal collaboration and external relationship building.
8. Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a results-oriented approach.
9. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
10. Experience in the consumer appliances or FMCG sector is a plus.
