We are looking for Immediate joiners only. Job Summary We are looking for a highly dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Officer who will function at a strategic level similar to a Chief Marketing Officer. The candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end marketing initiatives, including lead generation, lead conversion, brand positioning, and digital presence. As the face of our marketing function, the individual will act as a brand ambassador and work closely with leadership to ensure high ROI on all marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic marketing plans focused on lead generation and conversion. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure strong ROI. Establish and promote the brands digital identity across platforms. Act as the face of the brand in online and offline marketing efforts. Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Manage digital campaigns including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO/SEM initiatives. Oversee marketing content creation (videos, blogs, newsletters, etc.) and ensure brand consistency. Track market trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies. Plan and execute online and offline brand-building campaigns and events. Manage marketing budgets, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective deliverables. Requirements Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 812 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic role. Proven experience in B2B/B2C lead generation and performance marketing. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRMs, analytics platforms, and campaign management. Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to represent the brand externally. Deep understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and conversion optimization. Creative, analytical, and hands-on with a problem-solving attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in managing agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional internal teams. Exposure to the FMCG, manufacturing, appliances, or consumer goods sector will be an advantage. Why Join Caf Desire?
