Job Title: Senior Marketing Officer / Marketing Officer

Experience: 1 to 3 Years (Preferably from BFSI or Education Sector)

Job Summary:

We are looking for passionate and target-driven Senior Marketing Officers / Marketing Officers to promote our educational programs and achieve student enrolment targets. The role involves developing relationships with schools and colleges, conducting marketing activities, and counselling students to drive admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned student enrolment targets for the designated region or center.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
• Conduct seminars, presentations, and workshops to promote ICFAI courses and programs.
• Visit schools, colleges, and coaching institutes for brand promotion and lead generation.
• Counsel students and parents, providing guidance on course selection and career opportunities.
• Execute marketing campaigns, promotional events, and roadshows to increase brand visibility.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential students and track lead conversion.
• Prepare and submit reports on marketing activities, visits, and enrolment performance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA in Marketing preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in Education Sales, Marketing, or Admission Counselling.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed targets within deadlines.
• Willing to travel locally for marketing and promotional activities.
• Self-motivated, confident, and passionate about the education sector.

Pay: ₹25,564.00 - ₹29,876.00 per month
