Job Description

Job Description – Tele-calling (Counsellor )

Location: Shaheed Nagar,(Bhubaneswar,)

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide individual and group counseling services to students and parents.
Guide students on course selection, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
Conduct regular follow-ups with students/parents to ensure conversions.
Generate leads and drive student enrolments.
Participate in promotional events, education fairs, and marketing activities.
Visit schools, colleges, and institutes for seminars/presentations (as required).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of counseling sessions and leads.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduation is mandatory; MBA/PGDM is preferred.
1–9 years of experience in Counseling / Sales (preferably Educational Sales).
Prior experience in student counseling or admissions will be an advantage.
Female candidates preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
