Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Tele calling and following up with potential customers.
2. Updating customer and lead details regularly in Zoho CRM3. Assisting the Sales Team with documentation and coordination tasks.4. Submitting daily reports to the Sales Manager on tasks and calls made.5. Learning sales techniques, product knowledge, and client-handling skills.6. Supporting the team in achieving sales targets and objectives.7. Performing any additional duties or responsibilities assigned by the Sales Manager or management.
