Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Calling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 15-25 years of experience in sales, preferably in telecalling or related fields.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement effective telecalling strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and calls.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and prospecting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize telecalling efforts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in telecalling or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
