Job Description – Counsellor / Tele-counsellor

Location: Indore (Vijay Nagar)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling services to students and parents.
• Guide students on course selection, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with students/parents to ensure conversions.
• Generate leads and drive student enrolments.
• Participate in promotional events, education fairs, and marketing activities.
• Visit schools, colleges, and institutes for seminars/presentations (as required).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of counseling sessions and leads.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduation is mandatory; MBA/PGDM is preferred.
• 1–9 years of experience in Counseling / Sales (preferably Educational Sales).
• Prior experience in student counseling or admissions will be an advantage.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
