Job Description

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Track key metrics like RoAS, ACoS, CPC, CPM, CTR, Conversion Rate, Impression Share, and Keyword Ranking.
  • Review campaign performance weekly and monthly to reduce costs (CPA/CAC) and improve results.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, keywords, audiences, and bidding strategies to find what works best.

Brand Growth

  • Execute platform-specific strategies to increase brand reach and visibility.
  • Improve brand metrics such as Market Share, Share of Voice (SOV), and Top-of-Search presence.
  • Identify opportunities in platform events, promotions, and visibility boosts.

Platform Experience

  • Hands-on experience with Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon Fresh, Flipkart, etc.
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding, campaign optimization, and scaling budgets.

Skills Required

  • Ability to read dashboards, analyze data, and draw insights.
  • Ability to manage complete advertising funnels and improve conversions.
  • Experience with media planning and A/B testing.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and platform analytics tools.
