Marketplace Manager, Amazon (E-commerce & Growth) noida 2 - 5 years INR 3.75 - 6.0 Lacs P.A. Hybrid Full Time

Role & responsibilities Manage end-to-end operations for Amazon India, Amazon Global marketplaces, and Etsy . Create, optimize, and maintain product listings , including titles, descriptions, images, A+ content, keywords, and variations. Monitor and maintain account health across marketplaces; handle suppressions, policy issues, and reinstatements. Plan and manage inventory forecasting, replenishment, and stock movement to avoid stockouts and overstocking. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and fulfillment partners (FBA, Seller Flex, third-party couriers). Execute and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon Sponsored Ads, Etsy Ads) to improve ROI. Track and analyze sales performance, conversion rates, advertising spend, and margins on a regular basis. Manage pricing, promotions, coupons, and deal participation while ensuring margin control. Handle customer escalations, returns, and feedback , and work with internal teams to reduce repeat issues. Ensure compliance with international shipping, documentation, and marketplace policies for global sales. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and share actionable insights with management. Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams for listing creatives and marketplace content updates. Stay updated with platform policy changes, best practices, and marketplace trends . Preferred candidate profile Currently working with an Amazon Sponsored Ads (SP) Agency or an E-commerce / D2C brand handling marketplace operations. Hands-on experience managing Amazon India seller accounts ; exposure to Amazon Global marketplaces (US/UK) is a strong plus. Practical experience in listing creation and optimization , keyword research, and A+ content coordination. Experience in running and optimizing Amazon Sponsored Ads (SP, SB, SD) and basic understanding of Etsy Ads. Familiarity with inventory planning, FBA/Seller Flex operations , and coordination with warehouses or fulfillment partners. Strong understanding of account health metrics , returns management, and marketplace compliance. Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze sales, ad performance, and margins using Excel or similar tools. Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment with ownership mindset and minimal supervision. Prior experience with home dcor, lifestyle, furniture, or handcrafted products will be an added advantage.
