Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO(Finance) Department: International Business Location: Ahmedabad- Corporate Office Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)-International Business Job Summary: The Executive Assistant to the CEO plays a pivotal role in supporting the CEO across all finance-related functions. Acting as a trusted partner, this position ensures that the CEO's priorities are managed effectively and their time is optimally aligned with strategic leadership responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, with a particular focus on finance-related communication. Prepare and review financial reports, dashboards, and business performance summaries for the CEOs review. Conduct financial data analysis to support decision-making and strategy formulation. Coordinate cross-functional projects with finance, accounts, and business teams; ensure timely tracking and execution. Draft presentations, board notes, and executive summaries with a focus on financial and operational metrics. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and financial information. Provide operational and strategic support on finance-related initiatives and special projects. Qualifications: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance, MBA Finance or a related field. 5–8 years of experience in an executive support role, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work with cross-functional teams. High level of discretion, integrity, and professional judgment.
