Research and identify new marketplaces, including logistical needs and pricing.
Manage a team of Key Account Managers, Data (MIS team),Inventory Management team
Create, manage, and optimize listings for all marketplaces.
Ensure the brand store across all marketplace platforms are maintained with proper creative, communication, and advertising content.
Define marketing budgets and Drive Sales through Paid Marketing in all marketplaces.
Manage inventory on Amazon, Flipkart and other online marketplaces.
Coordinate marketing for all online marketplaces, including promotional opportunities, pricing optimization, Inventory Management.
Monitor competitive listings and Zivore brands product pricing on all marketplaces. Review customer feedback and marketplace health, updating processes as needed.
Maintain detailed understanding of the mechanics of all backend tools, processes and systems.
Consistently monitor and understand competitive pricing landscapes. Monitor, analyze and report on marketplace metrics and sales.
Manage P&L of all channels with strong Profitability alongside ensuring Top line growth.
Strong Coordination with External Marketplace Spoc to ensure seamless coordination and sync between both teams.
